Question #4:
... I am a sahm and my husband works full time. My mom invited my daughter and I to come stay with her for labor day weekend. She has a lot of fun things planned for is to do and I am usually always at home, I never get to go out in the world besides walking to the park everyday for our daughter to play. I don't drive so it makes things hard. I don't have any friends, mostly just aquaintances which is fine by me, I am not very social anyway, but sometimes I get so lonely, I practically jump on my husband when he comes home from work. I know that is not healthy and he cannot be my only source of adult interaction so I have been hanging out with my mom lately. Her property is beautiful and my daughter and I have a fun time exporing it.
Anyway, normally he acts like I am annoying because I talk too much and I am a nag and a mean witch. He has to tell me I talk too much all the time. It's just because he is the only one I have to talk to. So, now I am going to my mom's for the weekend with our daughter and he acting all mopey and weird about it. I don't get it, when I am here, I am annoying him, but he wants me to stay here? Shouldn't he be happy to get some space? It's good for us to have a weekend apart and he could come if he didn't have to work. It's not like I am being rude about it and it's only for 2 days. The house will be quiet, he won't have to hear me nagging or our daughter climbing him like a jungle gym. He can chill with friends or whatever he wants. When I am here with him, I am a huge annoyance to him so why does he care if I leave?
I forgot to add that he cooks and I clean so it can't be because he wants me to cook for him.
he is not coming because he has to work.
I've tried talking to him about it but he just says whatever, I can go if I want and then continues to act mopey.
Question #5:
I am a 5 feet tall female, 17 yrs old, 105 pounds, small frame. Sounds alright, but I have lots of fat! My thighs rub together, my properly sized jeans give me muffin tops and I have tons of cellulite. I really would like to loose 10 or 15 pounds, it sounds like a simple feat but is difficult when you have such a small frame. For example, to just maintain my current weight, I'd have to eat 1200 calories a day. I find that I eat great all day, (Breakfast - oatmeal and fruit, Lunch- Salad, Snack - Apple or Banana, Dinner- Fish and vegetables, and then I will binge at night. However the solution isn't to eat more throughout the day, because I will always end up binging around the same amount, no matter how hungry I am. The thing is, my 'binge" doesn't consist of pints of icecream or unhealthy "trigger" foods. Its more like I start eating and cant stop... Ill have a little bit of everything in my kitchen (peanut butter, fruits, crackers, cereal, chicken, milk, bread, cheese, leftover meals) and the calories really add up. My bingeing is getting worse and even though im THINKING more about weight loss I'm gaining more weight. I grew up really naturally thin and had a good sense of my hunger, never really even thought about food, but now my eating is out of control and I don't know what to do.. I used to run in the mornings but I lost the motivation for that. Now my exercise consists of walking, ballet classes and occasional gym visits. I work a lot for a teenager, 10-6 shifts (during summer) on my feet all day, so I find when I get home I want to hang out with freinds and not go workout. I'm so frusterated with my body and hate how I look every day, yet ALSO hate how I rebel against myself with my constant snacking/binging. I'm just tired of obsessing over this all the time.
Does anyone have any advice on how I can lose the weight and stop my troubled eating?
Thanks for your help!!

Question #7:
I have more than enough weight for the bar, but I don't have a bench. I was planning to just do curls, squats, and shoulder presses. Would I be able to get a normal workout with the straight bar? I'm on a low budget and don't just tell me to get a bench or go to the gym. I need to workout at home, it's more accessable to me.
Question #8:
Would i be able to balance school/allstar cheer/high school cheer ?
hey
im going into grade 11
ive done allstar cheer since i was 6,m but ive never done high school cheer, and i really want to try out.
try outs are on monday and i want to try out to be a flyer (as im a flyer on my allstar team)
i'm sure ill get in becuase im on a senior 5 team and my best tumbling pass is whip arabian double or punch front arabian double.
im also a good flyer.
-i also want to go to an ivy league college, (i dont want cheering as a career, just a hobby) and im in loads of ap/honour classes
-i go to a really good gym and my team is really good and we practise on mondays, tuesday, thursday and sundays for 3 hours each day. the practices are from 6-9
-if i joined the school team, i would practise on a monday, wendsay and thursday from 3-5 (school finishes at 3)
so on monday and thursday, after hs cheer, i plan to stay in school for 30 mins to do work and then drive to allstar cheer and eat a sandwich in the car lol
-then i plan to get home at 9:15 and do school work/revision until 11:30, then go to bed.
-and on saturday i plan to do school work the ENTIRE day.
-and when i only have one cheer practise, i plan to do school work for the rest of the evening
-but i dont know if i will be able to cope, ive never done hs cheer before, but i think i will be really good because im really enthusiastic and constantly smiling and laughing, and i also think i could help my hs in competitions and stuff :)
- i dont know i will be able to cope with everything, becuase i dont know if 5 hours of gym somedays would like kill me (but i love it :) )
what do you think?
thanks

Question #11:
Hi,
I was just curious if there was any kind of calculation as to how much protein I would need if I am a vegan who does yoga every other day, either at home or at a studio, but also does weight training with light free weights and light weight at a gym 2-3 x a week. I love yoga, but I also love weights and want to mix them both up but just don't know how to do it :)
Also, is yoga enough(I'm talking mainly about power, vinyasa, hatha yoga) of a cardio workout to help tone up along with weights. I'm more worried about bulking up but I know many women in general aren't capable of bulking up to the extent of men due to hormones and I know yoga builds long, lean muscles. I love the stretches and I love how great I feel afterwards :) Any help would be much appreciated :)
Question #12:
I HATE working out, sweating, and running in front of people. I've been like that my whole life, so I thought I could just stick to working out at home. I have a good treadmill and stair-stepper, along with plenty of Pilates, Zumba, and salsa workout DVDs. When I exercise by myself, I feel like I push my body harder and get really sweaty and intense (I yell, grunt and just look crazy LOL). I am uncomfortable with doing this in public because I'm very self-conscious. However, I do feel like if I signed up for a gym membership, I would feel the need to go more and make it part of my routine. Plus I would have more machines available to me and maybe feel inspired by others working out. How can I feel more comfortable exercising at a gym? And is it normal to sign up for one in the next town over to avoid running into people I know? I know it sounds weird, but I hate the idea of ppl from my old high school or ppl that I don't talk to anymore (ex-friends, enemies, guys that stabbed me in back) seeing me at the gym cuz I had alot of drama when I use to live here. Seeing them would make me more self-conscious. Any tips??
Question #13:
I have a home gym in an old hot tub room that is covered in glass windows so during the day it gets extremely hot! I get so hot that I sometimes have to workout without my shirt on because I feel like I can't take it. Is it bad for me to be working out in such a hot area or does it make no difference and I should sweat it out?
Question #14:

Question #16:
My mom always complains about her body. When we went shopping one time she tried on some jeans and said they didn't fit even her though they were her size. Then she looked in the mirror, shook her head and made this scrunched up face. She told me that when she was younger she used to tell herself that she hated her body. I have only certain parts of her frame and i love my body. I get angry because she always complains about her body when everyone says she is a good size which i also agree on.
All i want is for her to love her body more because all she does is call herself fat. She has hips and a nice body shape. So i don't understand why she does that. I really just want to tell her to love her body more but she doesn't want to listen to me. I don't know what else to say because she always wears clothes that are bigger than her and sometimes i am embarrassed to go out with her.
She always goes to the gym and works out for a long time. Kind of like an hour but it's too much because she comes home worn out.
If you could please give me some insight on what i should say or do, that would mean a lot. =]

Are there certain exercises I can do to not have that problem? How do you tone away the skin? Please serious answers only, thank you
Oh, my exercise routine right now, 4 days a week, I do 300 crunches, 30 minutes of cardio, and about 100 push ups. Nothing complicated, and I do everything from home, I don't go to the gym.
